We use Squarespace as our e-newsletter provider. We gather statistics pertaining to these emails, including, but not limited to: opening links, clicks, and using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our mailing list newsletter. Personal data are required to sign up to the mailing list, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Email address

  • First name and last name

  • Cookies and Usage Data

The website may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

Terms

All downloadable recordings, transcriptions and packages and Logic files are able to be used to make and release your own music. Please note, all lending, hiring, re-selling or use by third parties is strictly forbidden and such licence will be deemed revoked in the event of any breach. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your Mac/PC, computer or other portable device can receive and use the purchased Downloads. Connor Kaminski, after delivery, shall have no liability for lost, damaged, or destroyed Downloads.

Because of the digital (non-physical) nature of the products, refunds for mistaken purchases or issues of personal taste that have been downloaded cannot be refunded. This is due to the nature of digital goods (non-tangible digital goods) and being unable to “return” them.
